PRIVACY NOTICE - Use of Zoom for professional meetings

2 Purpose of the processing

ArianeGroup uses the Zoom Web conferencing tool in the course of its business activities to organise and hold external meeting with guest who cannot use the Tixeo tool.

 

3 Legal basis

The processing of personal data is based on the legitimate interest of ArianeGroup in proposing a conference service to exchange with guests for business purposes as long as participants respect the disclaimer.

 

4 Categories of Personal Data

The following categories of personal data processed through Zoom:

  • Identification data (first name, name, email address, job title)
  • Connection and technical data (IP address, device type, operating system)
  • Audio and video data (voice and image)
  • Chat messages and exchanged content
  • Shared content (documents, screen sharing)

 

5 Recipients of the Data

  • Personal data may be accessed by:
    • Authorised employees of ArianeGroup
    • Other participants in the meeting
    • Zoom Communications, Inc., acting as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR

6 International Data transfers

Zoom may process certain data outside the European Union, in particular the USA. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Union.

 

7 Data Retention

Your Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to organise and hold the meeting.

 

8 Data Subjects Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object and data portability.

If you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in particular the CNIL (France) or your local data protection authority.

 

9 Meeting recordings

ArianeGroup deactivated the recording functionality consequently, meetings are not recorded.

 

 

ArianeGroup reserves the right to modify or update this notice at any time, in particular to reflect changes in legal, regulatory or operational requirements.
