Under our current gender equality agreement in effect, entered into for an unlimited duration in November 2020, ArianeGroup SAS (France) is continuing its efforts to guarantee gender balance and equality in the workplace. In compliance with the provisions of the French law on the freedom to choose one’s professional future (enacted 5 September 2018), ArianeGroup SAS has published the results of its gender equality index for 2023. The index is designed to help companies make progress on closing the pay gap between female and male employees. It enables companies to measure what has been achieved so far and the progress still to be made, on the basis of five indicators.
