From upstream purchasing to downstream sales, via programme management and quality, jobs in the programmes and customer relations family all share the same goal of supplying our customers with products that meet their needs and in line with their cost, lead-time and quality criteria.
Vision and tasks
Jobs in programme and project management involve ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products delivered and services provided, and anticipating their future needs. Tasks include leading the programme team, coordinating the relevant units and making sure the customer’s needs are fully understood and answered. Programme management guarantees the economic performance of the programme by meeting the objectives set when the order is taken. Externally, people in these jobs represent our company image.

I believe that the Group’s teams are above all driven by passion. Seeing a launcher lift off when you’ve helped build it is a unique moment of collective emotion. And the passion we share is something we can feel every day, thanks to the support of our close-knit team.
I feel lucky to work for a company like ArianeGroup, which has no equivalent in Europe and is actually our country’s life insurance. I also find it exciting solving a technical issue, I mean finding a solution so that the customer, in my case the French Defence Procurement Agency, and beyond that the French Navy, can successfully complete its mission.
I first started working outside the defence sector, and I must admit that when I decided to join ArianeGroup, after saying for years that I would never work in the military world ... But I’m now convinced that working in deterrence is a really worthwhile job. It’s a strong commitment. And commitment, particularly to diversity and the place of women in the company, is fundamental for me.
