  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables (systems, products, services) to customers’ satisfaction, by managing the achievement of quality standards throughout the value chain and the organisation

The various jobs in these functions aim to achieve long-term customer satisfaction by making an offer that meets their needs in terms of quality, lead-time and cost.

 

Role and responsibilities

 

  • Overseeing business relations with programme customers and prospects, concluding contracts and developing business opportunities
  • Developing a dynamic and proactive understanding of ArianeGroup’s strategic environment, and a global vision of the market in line with the programmes

  • Managing the various purchasing segments, negotiating contracts, signatures and complaints
  • Managing supplier contracts and ensuring they are competitive in terms of cost, quality and lead-times
